1. Rental Agreement & Final Sale Policy

• The rental period is strictly as stated in your order confirmation. Late returns will incur additional fees.

2. Rental Returns & Damages

• All items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear (e.g., stains, tears, missing embellishments) may result in repair fees or full replacement charges.
• If an item is returned in an unusable condition, you will be charged up to 100% of the retail value.

3. Booking, Payments & Security Deposits

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to charge a security deposit for certain rentals, refundable upon return in proper condition.
• Failure to return an item on time may result in late fees, and continued non-return may result in legal action.

4. Eligibility & Responsibility

• You must be 18 years or older to rent from us.
• The person placing the order is fully responsible for the rental, including damages and late returns.
• Items are for personal use only—sub-renting or reselling our rentals is strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

• We do not allow cancellations or refunds after a booking is placed.
• If you need to adjust your rental dates, contact us immediately. While we do not guarantee changes, we will try to accommodate where possible.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• The Golden Room Rentals is not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reactions, or damages caused by wearing our garments.
• We do not guarantee fit—please refer to size charts or contact us before booking if you have concerns.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• All images, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive property of The Golden Room Rentals and may not be used without permission.
